Overview

Recruitment of contractual ‘‘Rozgar Sahayak’ (Employment Assistant) posts for vacant Gram Panchayats under the VB‑G RAM G scheme by Janpad Panchayat Jagdalpur, District Bastar. Applications from residents of the respective Gram Panchayats are invited up to 25 November 2026; the appointment is purely contractual (one year, extendable) with a consolidated monthly pay shown in the notification.

Eligibility (as per the official notification)

Candidates must be residents of the concerned Gram Panchayat; minimum age 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01‑01‑2026. Educational eligibility in order of priority is 12th pass, then 10th pass, then 8th pass (specific categories may require 10th pass).

Exam Pattern

Selection (merit) — Merit components — Academic marks; Experience in govt. rural development schemes; Recognised 1‑year diploma/certificate (PGDCA/DCA/ITI) or at least 6 months experience as Panchayat/data‑entry operator. — Academic marks: 70; Experience (government rural development work) up to 15; Recognised 1‑year diploma/certificate OR 6+ months relevant experience: 15; (total shown as 100).

Preparation Strategy

Ensure highest possible documented percentage/marks in the minimum required qualification (12th/10th/8th) — get certified mark‑sheets ready.
If you have worked under government rural development schemes, collect appointment orders and experience certificates (seal & signature) — every 6 months of eligible experience scores additional marks (notification).
If not already holding a recognised one‑year diploma/certificate (PGDCA/DCA/ITI), consider short accredited certification or obtain certified proof of 6+ months experience as Panchayat/data‑entry operator to claim the 15 marks.
